BeforeNine

BeforeNine is a private team workspace for daily accomplishment reports, tasks, deadlines and pay dates. It is run by its administrator for their own team. This page explains what we collect and how we protect it.
What we collect
- From Google sign-in: your name, email address and whether Google has verified that email. We do not receive your Google password, contacts, files or any other Google data.
- What you add: your daily reports, an optional profile photo, and anything the admin records about your work (tasks, deadlines, pay dates and payout status).
- Daily sign-in record: the date and time you first and last used BeforeNine each day. There is no hourly tracking, screen monitoring or location tracking.
- Security records: sign-in events, the IP address and browser type of each session, kept to protect accounts and investigate misuse.
How we use it
Only to run BeforeNine for your team: to sign you in, show your work, let the admin review reports and manage pay dates, and keep the service secure. We never sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone outside the service providers listed below.
Who can see what
- Your reports and payouts: you and the admin only.
- Your name, role, photo, tasks and whether you are online: your teammates.
Where it is stored
Data is stored with Cloudflare (hosting and database, Asia-Pacific region). Sign-in is handled by Google. Both act only as service providers. Connections are encrypted, sign-in sessions are stored only as one-way hashes, and profile photos are re-encoded to remove location metadata.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are on the team. When the admin removes you, your reports, photo, sign-in records and sessions are deleted. Database backups expire within 7 days.
Your choices
You can update or delete your reports and photo at any time, sign out of every device, and ask the admin to export or delete your data. You can also revoke BeforeNine's access from your Google Account permissions.
